This website

  • No cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking tools, and no fonts or scripts loaded from other companies.
  • The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles technical details of each visit (such as your IP address) to deliver the page and keep it secure. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Buying DreamLine

Moonbase is the seller of record. When you buy, your name, email, billing details and payment are handled by Moonbase and its payment partners, who explain how they use them in their own privacy policy, shown at checkout. We receive what we need to run your licence: your email address and your order and licence details.

Licence checks

The plug-in contacts the Moonbase licensing service to start the trial, activate your licence and check it from time to time. This sends licence details and basic information that identifies the computer, which is how a licence is limited to 3 computers. It can also be activated offline. DreamLine does not record or upload your audio or projects.

Email

If you write to hello@dreamlineaudio.co.uk, Cloudflare Email Routing forwards the message to our mailbox. We use it only to reply to you and to look after your order, and we don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask. We keep emails for as long as needed to help you and for our records.

Why we use your details

To deliver what you bought and support you (contract), to keep records and meet tax and legal duties (legal obligation), and to answer your questions and stop licence misuse (legitimate interests).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. We don’t sell your data. If you’re unhappy, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top will change too.
